•   In our class, we will:

    • allow our peers to practice these skills in a safe and supportive environment and expect the same of them in return

    • develop visual memory
    • control different art materials
    • understand the importance of art and artists in everyone's lives

     

        Our growth in these skills will be reflected in the grading policy:

    SUMMATIVE 50%

    This includes projects/critiques, student reflections, rubrics, and large scale artwork

    FORMATIVE 40%

    This includes journal assignments, classwork, exit tickets,and small scale artwork

    INDIVIDUAL PRACTICE 10%

    This includes class participation and being on task 

    Students begin with a 100% every day, points will remain or be taken away
