This subcommittee focuses on d:

d.  Maintain ongoing dialogue regarding sensitivity, tolerance, understanding, and compassion for all the stakeholders in the Hamilton School and our community.

This committee has its finger on the pulse of how the community feels about the physical and social environment of the schools in our district. It discusses the shared perceptions and feelings about the organization. Then they make suggestions for improvements based on that.

The subcommittees provide recommendations ONLY to the school district's senior leadership, based on our district's ability to meet the criteria set out in the NJ Comprehensive Equity Plan.
