Address Changes

To notify the school district of an address change, please send an email to your child's school with the following information.  A list of the school email addresses can be found on our Contact Us page:
  • Your old address
  • Your new address
  • The name(s) of the student(s) in your household
  • Two proof of residency documents for the new address (such as a deed, lease, mortgage statement, utility bill, cable/phone bill, financial statement, insurance contract or similar items)
  • Any questions you have related to the change of address
