 Saturday hours are based on the athletic events planned for the day.

          The athletic training room is for the use of Hamilton High School West student-athletes only.  

 All student-athletes must complete a pre-participation physical examination and health screening within 365 days prior to the first practice session with any Hamilton High School West athletic team.  Physicals must be on file in the nurse’s office.  Multiple sport athletes, whose physical is older than 90 days, must complete a parent permission slip and a health history update prior to starting a new sport. 

 ***Student-athletes that receive medical treatment for any athletic injury must provide a doctor’s note stating the injury and when they are cleared to return to activity.***
