    Wrapping up the Year

Students are bringing home their artwork. Ask them about it. Hopefully, they shared.

If students want to continue with art classes, I recommend they:

    • Create a digital file of artwork, neatly cropped and labeled with the title, media, size, date
    • Build a toolbox of supplies slowly over time
    • Keep a document that lists clubs, sports, offices held, honors and achievements. This should include art shows: title, date, location, honors received

Also, back-up important school files to a personal account in the cloud or on a personal computer.

Last day of school: June 20th, early dismissal

Graduation: Thurs. June 20th, 2:30pm Cure Arena. Look for the National Art Honor Society multicolored cordons!

    Celebration of the Arts

The halls are filled with art and shop projects.

Celebration of the Arts is Thurs. May 23rd 6-8pm.

The National Art Honor Society pinning ceremony is at 6pm in the Library.

Enjoy art, graphic arts, wood and metal shop projects, music, and dance. The students' talent deserves to be celebrated.

    Yay ART!
