I am a Special Education Teacher, and I have been teaching in the Hamilton Township District for 26 years at Steinert High School. Over the past three years, my role has changed to offering Transition Services to our high school students. I have an office at Hamilton High West, but I travel between the high schools to work with students, especially our 'super seniors'. Some of our students are on a modified schedule, and they go out for Structured Learning Experiences ---- work program or internships. I also get involved in planning Community Based Instruction outings to host hands-on experiences out in the community.

I was raised in Hamilton Township, still reside here, and my two children attend Hamilton Township schools. I love our community and enjoy teaching our students how to become active, involved citizens in our town. I love the programs we have developed and the curriculum we teach in our Special Services Department.
