Hornet of the Month

HHW Hornet of the Month

Each month, HHW Staff have the opportunity to nominate students of the month for each grade level based on one or more of the following criteria:

Academic performance

Notable improvement in attendance, grades, or effort/attitude

Leadership in or outside of the classroom

Notable consideration towards others

Outstanding attitude/disposition

Community involvement/service

A selection committee chooses 1 candidate per grade level from the nominations to select as that month's Hornets of the Month. Those students will be recognized here.
