Mr. Scales

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! I am Mr. Scales, and I am an Art teacher at Hamilton West. I have always had a passion for the arts, ever since high school, and I wanted to continue along that path. As an art teacher, I strive to create an environment where students develop an interest in the arts. 

I graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison , New Jersey in 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, and a Master's Degree in Teaching. While in college, I completed my student teaching here at West. In addition to teaching, I also coach varsity football and track. This is my sixth year at West, and I am looking forward to an exciting and successful year.
