Ms. Kristina Fraunberger

Hello Langtree Families, and welcome to the 2022-2023 school year!

 

I am very excited to begin my fourth year at Langtree, and for the opportunity to meet a new and wonderful group of friends.

 

I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Rider University and obtained my teaching certificate from Rutgers University. I am currently in the process of obtaining my Masters Degree in Special Education from Rutgers University.

 

This is my 7th year as a teacher. I taught 1st grade for 3 years in Newark, NJ, I was the Integrated Pre K Teacher at Langtree for 3 years, and this will be my first year as the Kindergarten/First Grade Multiple Disabilities Teacher.

 

Some fun facts about me... I have an almost 2 year old son, a 10 year old step son and a cat named Peanut! I am very excited to be getting married this May :)

 

I believe that growth mindset plays a huge role in relation to learning, both academically, socially, and emotionally. It's not about how many times you get knocked down, it's about resilience, learning to persevere and never giving up. I believe in meeting each child where they are and providing them with the tools and guidance to take them to the next step.
