Guidance for Parents on the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act

We understand that a situation regarding bullying and/or conflict with your child can be a tough situation for any parent/guardian.  NJ has created a Guidance for Parents on the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act.  This document provides guidance for parents on terminology, the overview of the act (explaining the obligations of the district and school as well as the parents' rights), preventions and responses, resources, and so much more.  We hope that you find this resource useful and please feel free to contact your school's counselor or the Office of School Counseling for assistance.
