Covid positive individuals should isolate for 5 days; if symptom free and fever free for 24 hours (without fever reduction medicine), they can return masked for days 6-10. 

As per the new guidelines, the quarantine restrictions are still in place.

Close contacts should wear a mask on days 6-10 upon their return to school/work.

In house Contacts that are not vaccinated should remain home for 10 days. There has been no test out option as of yet.
