This letter is being sent to you to ensure that eligible students attending our schools are vaccinated against COVID-19 or are informed regarding available resources for vaccination against COVID-19. Information regarding COVID-19 vaccines is available at HTSD Covid-19 Vaccine Clinics and https://covid19.nj.gov/pages/vaccine or you can contact your child’s healthcare provider. If your child has received the COVID-19 vaccine, please provide your child’s school nurse with documentation as soon as possible. The Hamilton Township School District relies upon this information to make informed decisions to promote a safe and healthy learning environment for students and staff.
If your child cannot be vaccinated because of religious/philosophical belief or because a physician has determined that vaccination is detrimental to the health of your child, please contact your school administrator or school nurse to notify them of the same. Appropriate documentation should be provided to notify them of a medical or religious/philosophical reason for not being vaccinated.
